About the Quality Professional of the Year Award
This award recognises the quality professional who has demonstrated the greatest impact on their organisation. We welcome applications from CQI Chartered Members or Fellows.
This category is free to enter but please ensure you meet the requirements.
Applicants will only meet the eligibility requirements for either this award or the Emerging Talent award; entries which apply for both categories will be removed.

Categories, criteria and marking scheme
Word limit: 1,500 words and up to six supporting slides
