How do I get to the venue?
The venue is a short walk from Liverpool Street station. Please note, there are two Convene venues in Liverpool Street, so make sure you go to 133 Houndsditch.

Do I need a ticket for entry?
You do not need a physical ticket - there will be a guestlist on the door. However, it may be useful to have your booking confirmation readily available, just in case.
Which areas do you recommend I stay?
For easy travel to the venue, we recommend staying in Shoreditch, City of London, Bank, Aldgate, Whitechapel.
Can you recommend hotels?
While the CQI cannot directly endorse specific hotels to stay in, we have produced a list of nearby hotels of varying budgets. Please find them here: https://www.qualitylive.org/conference/hotelrecommendations.
Are you able to write me a letter of invitation in support of a visa application?
Yes, we can. Please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name as it appears on your passport
- Your job title, company name and company address
- The country in which you are applying for your visa
We are unable to provide advice on the visa application process as this is different in every country. We also are unable to provide financial support, or help with sourcing accommodation or travel.
If your visa is unsuccessful for any reason, we will refund your ticket.
I can no longer attend the event – how can I get a refund?
We are unable to offer refunds, unless you purchased a ticket and were unable to obtain a viable visa. Our refunds policy is stated at the time of booking.
We are happy for you to transfer your ticket to a colleague if you can no longer attend - please contact the events team via [email protected] to arrange this.
Where can I get an invoice for my ticket purchase?
There is a link to your invoice in the booking confirmation email you received from our system. If for any reason you are unable to access this, please contact [email protected]
Is there parking at the event venue?
There isn’t specific car parking for the venue, however Convene suggests using the NCP car park at Finsbury Square (EC2A 1AD).
